Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS / Data Mining Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational coordination. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in MIS reporting and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain MIS reports and perform data mining for operational and management review
· Handle daily ERP entries accurately and in a timely manner
· Create, analyze, and manage data using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables
· Track and follow up on EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) submissions
· Assist in drafting official letters and correspondence
· Maintain records and support documentation related to operations
· Support tender-related documentation, especially Housekeeping and Security tenders (preferred)
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of MIS and data mining techniques
· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
· Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables and data analysis
· Experience working with ERP systems
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Preferred Skills (Optional):
· Basic understanding of Housekeeping and Security tenders
· Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles
Qualification:
· Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management / IT preferred)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Executive with strong exposure to tendering and e-procurement processes, particularly in government and PSU sectors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end tender documentation and submissions across multiple service domains.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling tendering activities for Mechanized Housekeeping Services
· Managing tenders related to Facility Management Services
· Executing e-procurement processes efficiently
· Handling and submitting tenders on the CPPP Portal
· Managing tenders for Security Manpower Services
· Handling Solid Waste Management tenders
· Managing tenders issued by Nagar Nigam / Municipal Corporations
· Handling tenders for PSUs, Airport Authority, and other Government Bodies
· Preparing and submitting tenders related to Technical Manpower and Sanitation Services
· Coordinating with internal teams for documentation, compliance, and timely submissions
Required Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Government tendering processes
· Hands-on experience with CPPP Portal and other e-procurement platforms
· Good understanding of service-based tenders
· Strong documentation and compliance management skills
· Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities
· Good communication and drafting skills
Preferred Skills (Optional):
· Prior experience in handling multi-location government tenders
· Exposure to PSU, Airport Authority, and Municipal tenders
Qualification:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive with hands-on experience in tender bidding and documentation for service-based contracts. The candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end tender processes, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling tender bidding for Taxi Services, Cash Van Services, and Manpower-based contracts
· Preparing and managing bid documentation in line with tender requirements
· Ensuring timely submission of bids on relevant portals
· Coordinating for clarifications, corrigenda, and follow-ups related to tenders
· Maintaining proper records of submitted tenders and their status
· Liaising with internal teams for documentation and compliance support
Required Skills:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in tender bidding and related activities
· Good understanding of tender documents, BOQs, and compliance requirements
· Familiarity with e-tendering / e-procurement portals
· Strong organizational and follow-up skills
· Good communication and documentation abilities
