Job Title: Tender Executive

Department:  Tendering

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India

Reporting To: Tender Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years (Facility Management / Manpower Outsourcing / Government Tendering Preferred)

Salary: Rs.2.16 lpa to Rs.2.40 lpa

Qualification:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Certification or hands-on experience in GeM Portal and e-Procurement is preferred.

Job Summary

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the complete tender lifecycle for Facility Management Services, including Housekeeping, Security Services, Technical Maintenance, Horticulture and Manpower Outsourcing. The role involves identifying suitable tender opportunities, preparing technical and commercial bids, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and coordinating with internal departments for timely submission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and identify business opportunities on GeM, CPPP, State e-Tender Portals, Railways, PSUs, and Municipal Corporations.
  • Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, BOQ, and contractual terms.
  • Prepare and submit EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, technical bids, financial bids, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare cost estimates, manpower deployment plans, pricing sheets, and commercial proposals in coordination with HR, Operations, Finance, and Management.
  • Manage online tender submission using Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) within stipulated timelines.
  • Coordinate collection of statutory documents including:
    • GST Registration
    • PAN
    • EPF Registration
    • ESIC Registration
    • Labour License
    • ISO Certifications
    • Experience Certificates
    • Balance Sheets
    • Work Orders
  • Track corrigenda, amendments, bid opening dates, reverse auctions, and tender results.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to client queries and clarifications.
  • Maintain an updated database of active, submitted, awarded, and lost tenders.
  • Prepare MIS reports, tender trackers, and management dashboards.
  • Coordinate post-award documentation including Agreement Execution, Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), Work Orders, and Contract Compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to Government procurement guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Government and Private Tendering Processes.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • GeM Portal
    • CPP Portal
    • State e-Procurement Portals
    • Reverse Auction Process
  • Good understanding of Facility Management costing and manpower deployment.
  • Knowledge of Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in:
    • MS Excel (Advanced)
    • MS Word
    • PowerPoint
    • PDF Editing Tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Profile: - HR Executive- Payroll Compliances

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR preferred

Salary:- Up to 20k

Working Hours : 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job location: Lucknow

 

Job responsibilities are as follows:

 

•           Prepare monthly Payroll and Salary processing.

•           Verify employee KYC and maintain personal records.

•           Co-ordinate with Site/Branch Manager for attendance.

•           Prepare and submit Monthly/Weekly MIS Report.

•           Ensure PF ,ESI, Bonus and Labour Law Compliances.

•           Handle employees’ queries related to salary and attendance.

                                  

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Payroll.
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, labour compliance, and payroll processing.
  • Strong command of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table and other formulas  .
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of ERP/HRMS.

 

Profile: - Manager-Leasing

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred

Salary:- Rs.40k to Rs.50k per month

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job location: Indore

 

Job responsibilities are as follows:

 

•           Finding new clients to lease the property.

•           Generate new leads.

•           Knowledge of Lease Agreement.

•           Meet the targets.

•           Operations and Maintenance of Building

•           Liaison with tenants and lease, timely collection of rentals.

•           Follow-ups of messages and emails.

•           Draft Business Emails

•           Work efficiently on MS-Excel.
